With over 20 years of experience in staffing for the healthcare sector, Prime care is a brand known for top-notch personnel, quick service, and intricate knowledge of what constitutes a great candidate for clients in eldercare, domestic service, hospitals, and kindergartens.

In the competitive staffing market, where great candidates are scarce and the effects of the economic decline are starting to set in, Prime Care needed to upgrade their application process to be faster, more automated, and candidate friendly.

Hubert implementation

Prime Care quickly grasped the potential of deploying Hubert into their process and decided to take the opportunity. This is what the implementation phase looked like:

1. Competency profile evaluation. In collaboration with the onboarding team at Hubert the recruiters created competency profiles for the different roles.

2. Interview production and ATS-integration. Hubert created an interview tailored to the competency profile, and the last mile integration to Prime Care’s ATS, Intelliplan was completed within a few day’s time.

3. Onboarding and soft launch. The Prime Care recruitment team went through onboarding making sure they could hit the ground running to leverage Hubert’s potential from day one.

4. Continuous evaluation. Every few weeks the teams meet to evaluate the results and make adjustments if needed to optimize for the desired outcomes.
