The nomination recognises our work with ResourceBank and World Duty Free: a responsible, human-centred AI hiring process that cut time-to-shortlist to just 35 minutes - and delivered a candidate experience rated 9/10 that people rave about.

But honestly? The numbers aren't why we're excited about this.

We're excited because this is another step in the industry recognising that AI needs to be responsible. Hubert was built on a simple conviction: that hiring at speed or volume shouldn't mean hiring with bias. That every candidate deserves a fair assessment and a great experience. That AI making decisions about people's livelihoods should be transparent, explainable, and above all, human-centric.

That's what ResourceBank and Hubert have been delivering and it's great to see that recognized.
